About our Thai Lunar Loy Krathong Festival:

"Loi Krathong" is Thailand's oldest festival.
Loi means to float. On the night of the full moon, Thais launch their krathong on a river, canal or a pond, making a wish as they do so.

The festival may originate from an ancient ritual paying respect to the water spirits. A source of washing away the past for a brighter future.
A ritual of good luck for the new year.

The main feature of the festival is the symbolic placing of flowers in water, followed by thai cultural dances and cultural significant activities as well as authentic Thai cuisine from Melbourne's popular Thai restaurants.

This is an event not to be missed!

The event is proudly supported by:

"Bah! Humbug!"

Billionaire playboy and quintessential Scrooge JASPER BLACK and his wayward flock of fiendish fornicators return to the StMP stage for an end of season romp that is sure to deck your halls!

It's been a tough year for everyone's favourite reprobates, and they are ready to let loose and see in the silly season in style amongst their friends, family and hangers on.

Join special guest performers BELLA DE JAC, KERRYX and LORD LOUIS FONTAINEBLEU and the extended members of the Seven Families for a Christmas party with a difference – help cross the sins off of HR's 'do's and don’ts' memo, sit on Santa's knee to whisper if you've been naughty or nice...and watch the denizens of the Underground **** off with the ghosts of Christmas' past!

The 2016 season of the Burlesque Underground is about to come to a dramatic and raucous end! Don your alter ego and your finest frock and come celebrate the weird and wonderful as the final dramas of 2016 unfold!

Fetish and festive wear is encouraged....and gifts for the family are always welcome.

Come and let us jingle your bells.
