It is a form of discrimination.
Bullying in the workplace is any threatening, humiliating, intimidating, verbal or physical abuse, that violates the safety of an employee. It often prevents or sabotages efforts for work to be done, costs companies in lost productivity, and opens companies up to potential claims.
• Keynote Speaker Chris Lytle, a former Ultimate Fighting Champion, is dedicated to empowering and educating others to fight against bullying, domestic violence, ******* and more.
