Action description
Early-Early Bird Regos Now Open for #B2BBR17 5km and 10km events.

Runners are being given an opportunity to save money when entering one of the Byron Shire’s most beautiful sporting events, the 7th Annual Byron2Bruns Beach Run.

The 2017 event will once again involve not only the 10km Main Event, but also the 5km Beach Run, taking place on August 27th 2017.
Early-Early bird entry prices are available from March 1st until April 30th 2017.

In 2016, over 300 competitors signed up for the races, which take place on one of NSW’s most beautiful stretches of beach located between Belongil Creek (just north of Byron Bay) to the Brunswick Surf Life Saving Club in Brunswick Heads, NSW.

FREE shuttle buses provided by BVC take runners from Brunswick Heads to the starting line at Belongil with the race starting at 8.30am.

“This is the Brunswick Surf Life Saving Club’s major annual fundraising event, and we want to see as many people as possible getting out there enjoying the day so last year we added the 5km course as another option, to get more runners involved who were perhaps new to the sport, it was a great success.” ~ Damian Hopkins (event spokesperson)
